Welcome Back to Improper Puzzles

This one is about more than having a sharp eye.

Two recovery-meeting scenes may look nearly identical at first glance, but hidden throughout the room are 11 differences. Words have changed. Objects have moved. Messages aren't quite the same. Colors, clothing, symbols and little background details may be trying to fool you.

Your challenge is simple: slow down, look closely and find all 11.

Don't assume anything is identical just because it looks familiar.

THE CHALLENGE

Study the first scene carefully. Then compare it with the second scene piece by piece.

There are exactly 11 differences waiting to be discovered.

Fair warning: once you start looking too hard, everything begins to look suspicious.

WHY A RECOVERY MEETING?

Improper Puzzles aren't just random scenes with random changes.

This puzzle takes place inside a recovery meeting because recovery itself teaches us to notice things differently.

The little choices matter. The people around us matter. What we tell ourselves matters. Showing up matters. One day matters.

Sometimes progress doesn't arrive as one enormous life-changing moment. Sometimes it happens through tiny changes that barely seem important at the time.

Small details. Bigger meanings.

HOW TO PLAY

Start with the obvious areas, but don't stay there.

Scan the walls. Read the signs. Look at the clothing. Check the table. Pay attention to the books, cups, plants, bags, hats and the people themselves.

Then go back through the scene again.

The differences you miss on your first pass are usually the ones that make these puzzles fun.

Rule #1: No cheating.
Rule #2: Zooming in is absolutely allowed.
Rule #3: Don't read the comments until you've made your final count.

DON'T PLAY ALONE

Send the puzzle to somebody who swears they're good at spotting details.

Recovery doesn't look exactly the same for everybody, and neither does progress. Different people can take different paths and still be moving toward something better.
